The beige hexagon symbolizes sandstone architecture. The green hexagon signifies the landscapes of Peak District. The purple hexagon reflects moorlands. Branding project for Buxton for Books, an annual event

For this project, I was tasked with rebranding an event that had been running for three years, working within a tight timescale. As a community-based event designed to appeal to both adults and families, I developed a more mature colour palette combined with playful imagery and typography.

I created a cohesive visual identity, including a colour scheme, logo (in both colour and black and white), and custom hand-drawn lettering. This lettering was further developed into a typeface used across printed promotional materials and social media.
